I love that with Gosia and GOJA YOGA you get yoga on and off the mat.
Her newsletters have mindfulness and inspiration (and good tunes). With her I see that yoga really isn't just in the studio, but in her actions and personal values. And when I leave the classes, I feel this too. After class I'm always refreshed, centered, and inspired. And super relaxed because her mindful guiding through Savasana is always super relaxing 😌

I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body – I gained so much flexibility and strength!
From the first class Gosh explained and helped me learn how to breathe correctly and be conscious about every movement. It was so important for me: not just repeating the movements butalso listening to my body. She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable. She is an amazing, dedicated yoga teacher. I highly recommend GOJA YOGA to anyone who wants an amazing yoga experience!

I think Gosia really knows how to adjust it to each student's personality and skills

Gosh urges us each time to thank the ancestors as we start and end the practice!
It's the little things she does. All these beautiful, personalised newsletters where you find info just for you.
Her covering you with a blanket for the meditation. Her remembering all the little things about you and your health, even though you haven't seen her for a month.
And finally, Gosia's voice... you cannot say no to that!
It somehow transfers the warmth and the light of the practice throughout the body. Not to mention, we give ourselves a self-hug before and after practice. Talk about (self)care!

Gosh takes the time to speak with each participant to assess their needs, and understand where she can inspire her students and push them to grow.
She marries the physical practise with the mental reflections that help you stay in the moment. She has a flowing, gentle voice which I find helps you stay in the zone during the practice. I started as a complete beginner andthrough her teaching I've grown more confident in my ability, applying myself to more advanced positions, and really understanding the limits of my own flexibility whilst enjoying the classes she provides.

After I joined GOJA YOGA, I started going to yoga because I WANT to not because I "should".

It's a time when I can finally give my body attention, actively rest and relax. During the classes it is always clear to me what we do and how we do it.
Gosia always offers to choose a variation of a given exercise according to one's abilities, which makes me feel taken care of and allows me to observe my progress.
What is special about GOJA YOGA is that there is always an atmosphere of openness and understanding during classes, where you can feel accepted and have the opportunity to make mistakes, which is always accompanied by a lot of laughter!

I usually complain a lot about physical effort and my lack of flexibility and it didn't happen during Gosia's classes.
The positive attitude has always been the key. Gosia, with her funny but at the same time calming way, can make you take absurd position that you would never do alone without even flinching a muscle.
I'd suggest to attend her session to everyone since she can accompany you no matter which level of experience you have.

I’m still new in the country, but Gosh's sessions and workshop felt so welcoming!
I returned to the age of 10... played a little bit, laughed a lottt!
