The Tuesday class is for you.

You will leave feeling rested, prepared for the rest of the week but also equipped with tools that help you pause, take 3 breaths and remember that you are safe.

Do you sit or stand all day?
Are you feeling weak and tired?

Want to start getting stronger
with proper guidance?


Monday, Thursday and Saturday classes are for you.

You'll leave feeling energized and accomplished. While your mind gets a break from worry, you’ll have exercises to go back to when life gets too stressful.
