Over the years working as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, I have seen the negative effects of stress
on people’s lives.
Sleepless nights. Fights with loved ones. Lack of motivation to do anything. Some of us are anxious. Some are “work-stressed”. Others wired to see a threat everywhere.
Whatever the case, we all live stress-full lives. Good news is your life doesn’t have to be completely stress-free to make you feel calm and peaceful again.

The Yoga for Stress course is for you if you:

A private 45-minute session, during which:
