Yoga for Stress

It’s time to make space for peace and rest.

Over the years working as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, I have seen the negative effects of stress
on people’s lives.

Sleepless nights. Fights with loved ones. Lack of motivation to do anything. Some of us are anxious. Some are “work-stressed”. Others wired to see a threat everywhere.


Whatever the case, we all live stress-full lives. Good news is your life doesn’t have to be completely stress-free to make you feel calm and peaceful again.

This is where yoga can be of help 💌

The Yoga for Stress course is for you if you:

  • can’t “switch off”

  • are always on the go

  • have jaw, shoulders, back or neck tension

  • get irritated by small things when stress arises

And you want to:

  • manage stress effectively so it doesn’t eat you up

  • learn techniques to use on your own to feel peaceful and grounded

  • finally get a good night’s sleep

What you can expect

  • 1 on 1 session

    A private 45-minute session, during which:

    ✅ we will discuss your specific needs and expectations for the upcoming course

    ✅ you will receive suggestions for home practice adapted to your needs

    and small gifts to make your home practice even better!
